The 9/11 Memorial & Museum relies on the generosity of its donors and visitors, including corporate members, to support its mission.
You may become a member and renew or give a gift of membership by selecting a category below. The membership program supports our mission and helps sustain this sacred site of remembrance and reflection.
Members receive exclusive admission benefits including complimentary entry for you and your guests (advanced timed-ticketing reservations required). Please note that as we work to reopen the Museum safely, some benefits of membership, such as in-person tours, may not be available. Join or renew today at the level that’s right for you to show your support and to gain access to all the Museum has to offer.
Aside from the individual benefits that come with each level, all members receive:
$75 is tax deductible to the extent allowable by law

Benefactors provide invaluable support to the people and programs that make the 9/11 Memorial & Museum a beacon of hope for communities all around the world. Through a series of unique and meaningful special events, networking activities, and personalized tours. Benefactors enjoy special access to senior leaders of the Museum and enjoy firsthand, behind-the-scenes experiences. All levels enjoy free daily admission to the Museum for four for one year and the ability to add guests to your visiting party as listed below.

For Member, Member Plus, and Member Premium: Guests must be accompanied by a current Museum member. Please allow 14 business days for processing and delivery of guest passes. These are included in the member package along with the permanent membership card.
All guided tours require advance registration subject to availability and are redeemable one time within a year of membership.
The National September 11 Memorial & Museum is a tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) organization. Your membership payment is deductible to the extent that it exceeds the value of benefits you receive. Certain benefits may be disregarded.
