The 9/11 Memorial & Museum offers a robust slate of leadership and mission-based programs for senior, mid-, and early career professionals within public and private sector organizations. Leveraging a resonant history and powerful site, these tailored programs address the urgency of decision-making in a crisis, drawing from the experiences of public and private sector leaders who were transformed by 9/11.  

For participants, these programs foster a deeper connection to their mission and their work. They offer first-person insight into the challenge of leadership and organizational resilience in a time of crisis. Since 2015, we have served over 30,000 participants from the national security and first responder communities and from private sector companies.  

The Museum’s powerful storytelling programs include tailored presentations, tours, films, and speakers that provide meaningful, often emotional lessons drawn from those who experienced the attacks firsthand.
