A View of the 9/11 Memorial at WTC

In 170 days, the 9/11 Memorial opens to Sept. 11 victims' families on the 10th anniversary of the attacks. Photographer Joe Woolhead has snapped hundreds of pictures of the reconstruction at the World Trade Center site over the years.

Here's a picture he took this month, showing the two reflecting pools of the memorial that define the site.

Because of his work at WTC, Woolhead has invested more of his time in architectural photography. Read more about Woolhead in a previous post on the MEMO.
