Museum Director to Deliver Talk at Washington College
9/11 Memorial Museum Director Alice Greenwald will give a talk at the Washington College Academy of Lifelong Learning in Chestertown, Md. on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
The program, titled “Through the Lens of Memory: Creating the 9/11 Memorial Museum,” will be part of the academy’s Learn at Lunch program, which features writers, historians, educators, politicians and other notable speakers.
Greenwald will explore the creation of the museum and ways that it enables a greater understanding of historical topics, among other topics.
