The Lens: Capturing Life and Events at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum
The Lens: Capturing Life and Events at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum is a photography series devoted to documenting moments big and small that unfold at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum.
The View: “Time passes, memories fade, but the heart never forgets.” A visitor left this message of remembrance at the Signing Steel in the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Located in Foundation Hall, visitors are encouraged to write messages near the recovered piece of World Trade Center steel that are then stored in the Museum’s digital archive.
