The tours listed below are live, interactive, and led by Museum staff using Zoom. All tours are in Eastern Time and conducted in English.

Virtual Museum Tour
This 60-minute live tour through the Museum’s key spaces provides a deeper understanding of 9/11, the lead-up to the attacks, and their continuing global significance. For Virtual Group Tours, see below.

Virtual Memorial Tour
This 45-minute live tour explores the design and history of the outdoor Memorial, highlighting the stories of those affected by the attacks. Recommended for teenagers and adults. For Virtual Group Tours, see below.

Virtual Tours for Groups
Private virtual tours of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum may be reserved for adult groups of 10 or more people. Perfect for universities, community and senior centers, and alumni groups, these tours offer an engaging way to experience the 9/11 Memorial & Museum with an expert educator from the comfort of your own home. Virtual Field Trips for Schools
These live tours of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum are tailored to grades 3–12. These experiences, led by Education staff via Zoom, help students understand what happened on 9/11 and to consider the ongoing legacy of the attacks.
