Each year on February 26, victims' families, survivors, downtown residents, and city and state officials gather at the 9/11 Memorial to mark the anniversary of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

The annual ceremony will begin at 12:15 p.m. at the northwest corner of the North Pool, in the vicinity of panel N-73. We will observe a moment of silence at 12:18 p.m., marking the time when the attack occurred.
